Time limit
You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason and at no cost.
Refund
Any refund is issued within 14 days at the latest of receiving your request, to the payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method.
Where the work has already been carried out
Our services are delivered within 24 to 72 hours, which is before the 14-day period expires. In accordance with Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code, if you expressly requested that work begin before the end of that period and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed, that right can no longer be exercised after complete delivery.
If work has started but isn't finished, you remain liable for an amount proportionate to the work already carried out, according to the following scale:
Brief received, production not started — 15%
Research and exploration under way — 30%
First concept delivered — 50%
Concept approved, variations in progress — 75%
Service fully performed — 100%, right of withdrawal no longer applies
In all these cases, no files are delivered and no rights are transferred to you.
