You submit your request
A structured questionnaire replaces the kick-off meeting. You describe what you need, and we have everything we need.
Acknowledgement
We confirm we've taken it on, give you the delivery date, and flag anything that needs clarifying before production starts.
A designer works on it
Research, art direction, execution. A human draws it — nothing is generated automatically.
Delivery
You receive the deliverable and its source files. You approve it, or request an adjustment — revisions are included.
The next request starts
As soon as one request is approved, the next in your queue goes into production, within your plan's monthly volume.
